Placement
is one of the main attraction of our college since the inseption
of the college. For Academic year 2010 - 11 Placement
Co-ordinators are Mr. Rakesh Ranjan and Ms. Shamsha Emanuel.
Placements
at Waymade
The
Placement Cell at Waymade has been actively involved in
placing the students at suitable schools across India. Every
year the campus interviews are being held as early as from
January. As a result, most of our students from the last
four batches have been placed at various schools and colleges
across the country, even abroad.
The Objective of the Placement Cell is to look for 100% employment of all the students. The Placement Cell of the college organizes various activities in the college, the most popular one being the 'Campus Recruitment' to provide our students with job opportunities.
Our Placement Cell is mainly responsible for establishing effective contacts with various organizations with a view to assisting the students in securing jobs & arranging interviews for the students. The Cell also facilitates the selection process of students with potential employers, We cater to the needs of the students as well as the School Authorities and aim to act as a bridge between the employer and the employee.
The college organized placement drives where in prospective employers i.e. the schools will be invited to observe demonstrations by students and conduct on the spot interviews. The students will give live demonstration of their concerned subject & the School representative/Subject expert will evaluate them according to the requirement of the School.
With the consistent and committed efforts, the placement cell is successful in providing placements for many students Waymade teachers today are working in State Board Schools, Central Board School and International schools across the world.
